These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of partsbeaver.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from PartsBeaver ("PartsBeaver," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Products and part compatibility

We sell new appliance, HVAC and plumbing replacement parts. Listings identify parts by manufacturer part number. Model compatibility lists and cross-references are provided as a convenience and may not be complete. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part matches your equipment before you order, for example by matching the part number on your old part or in your equipment's parts list. If you are unsure, contact us with your model number before ordering and we will help.

Aftermarket parts are identified as aftermarket in the listing. They are not made by the original equipment manufacturer, and product photos may show the original part for reference.

2. Pricing and availability

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Parts ship from our distribution partners, and availability can change without notice. If a part becomes backordered or unavailable after you order, we will contact you and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund. We may cancel any order because of a pricing or listing error, and we will refund any amount you paid.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at checkout through our payment providers. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping

Shipping terms, delivery areas and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy. Parts that have been installed, damaged by improper installation, or returned outside the return window may not be eligible for a refund.

6. Installation and safety

Appliance, HVAC, plumbing, gas and electrical repairs can be dangerous. Always disconnect power, and shut off gas and water supplies, before working on equipment, and follow the manufacturer's instructions and local codes. Repair guides and information on the Site are general information only. If you are not qualified to perform a repair, hire a licensed professional. You are responsible for the installation and use of any part you buy.

7. Warranties and disclaimer

Parts may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except as required by law or stated in our policies, parts and the Site are provided "as is," and PartsBeaver makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartsBeaver will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including damage to property, labor costs or lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or any part you buy. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the part involved.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Content on the Site, including text, logos and graphics, belongs to PartsBeaver or its licensors. Manufacturer names and part numbers are used only to identify compatible parts and belong to their respective owners.
